On certain vehicles, a machining irregularity of bolt/washer surface on the positive battery terminal cable end may allow for a gap to occur in the contact area of the terminal. Inside, the design is chunky and a bit more angular than you'll find in other new vehicles; a center stack of controls flows downward, housing the shifter, while upright seating affords a good view out. The infinite gear ratios in a CVT allow the engine to operate in its most efficient range, and the Sentra with the CVT gets a competitive 26/34 mpg city/highway. MPG. There’s adequate space between two adults sitting in the outboard rear seats, but adding a third in the middle makes for a tight squeeze. If I could, I would have pulled the steering wheel a little closer so my arms wouldn’t have had to stretch so far forward.I also have a problem with the Sentra’s instrument panel, or more specifically, one of its gauges.
