Jeremy and the entire Choir of the Sound organization thank our community for their fantastic support of our Bottles 'n Bytes 2020 online auction fundraiser. Choir of the Sound’s major community outreach activity revolves around its annual Choir of the Sound Scholarship Award. Small groups are also available to perform at private events or parties.

Choir of the Sound and Bothell United Methodist Church are partnering to offer The Choir’s mission is to enrich the lives of our community and our members by sharing exceptional performances of diverse musical styles, blending many talents to create a more perfect whole.

After much discussion and deliberation, Choir of the Sound’s musical leadership and Board of Trustees have determined that we must cancel our 2020 Spring Pops Show, which were originally scheduled for the end of May. Given the current situation with COVID-19, this is absolutely the right decision to make for the health and safety of our entire membership, our families, and YOU, our audience. Choir of the Sound believes strongly that singing and producing wonderful music is a lifelong endeavor and wants to encourage students to continue this pursuit long after high school.

Choir of the Sound is routinely recognized for its impressive performances of major choral works and other classical music, which it presents each year in its Winter concert.

The goal of this award is to encourage graduating seniors from North King County and South Snohomish County high school choirs to make music an ongoing part of their lives through college and beyond. Make no mistake: We WILL come back stronger than ever.
